Paid before anyone rides out
Turn it off and customers see two ways to get their order — pickup and gift codes. They are never shown a delivery option they cannot use.
Bands, not a formula. Three numbers you can explain to Vichea in one sentence — measured straight-line from your door, so a longer route never pays more.
Charge and pay move together here. Raise the left column if you want delivery to carry itself; right now it costs you nothing and earns you nothing.
Riders are paid by band, never by a formula.
